Software
Click on the link and hit save. Save the file to your PC hard drive, then run the installation program on your computer.
PWI Focus Installer: PC based software that comes with the Electronic Focus Accessory (EFA Kit) that is used to control the motorized focuser, control the fans, and read out the temperature sensors.
ASCOM Driver for PWI Focus: This is the ASCOM driver for the EFA Focus Software.
EFA Update Install: This is PC based software that allows you to upgrade the firmware on the electronics of the EFA kit. This is the electronics that is in the telescope for the CDK20 and CDK17 and is the electronics that is in the EFA accessory box for the CDK12.5. The hand control used with the EFA kit is updated with the PC based software called HC Update.
HC Update Install: This is the PC based software that upgrades the firmware of the hand control used for the EFA kit.

Pier Height Calculator: This is an Excel spreadsheet that will help you get a rough idea of the pier height for a CDK17 and a CDK20 on a Paramount and on a Mathis Fork Mount. This calculates the height of the eyepiece and the maximum height of the tube. This calculator helps you determine the size dome you will need too by giving some of the critical dimensions of the telescope mount system. The calculator is available as an Excel Spreadsheet and PDF
